Who am I?
I am Sound Engineer of more than 20 years of expereince. Well traveled, funny, open minded personality and fluent in German and English and learning Spanish.
Where am I from?
Born in Aachen, West Germany, I lived in London during the mid 90s and then moved to Los Angeles in 2006. In 2015 I relocated to Las Vegas where I live today with my better half.
What I do?
I am a FOH Mix Engineer for large scale concert tours. I have a passion for music and enjoy the high engery of live performances.
I also have many years of experience as System Engineer and Crew Chief and I am familiar and trained on most common Line Arrays as well as ProTools recording software.
How did I start touring?
Just like many others in the concert touring industry I started out going to concerts and playing in bands. My professional career started at a recording studio as tape operator, followed by working on live shows. Very early in my career I was fortunate enough to meet and work with some of the best production managers and sound engineers in the industry.
Traveling is a huge part of my job.. We present Concert Tours and shows around the world. My job has given me the opportunity to see the world and learn about different people and cultures.
When I am not on the road I run a small project studio in Las Vegas that’s specialized in mixing and post production.
